====== Tracking Assets and Planning Capacity ======

  * **Asset register:** every Gaudi card and node is logged with its serial number, location, firmware/driver version, lifecycle phase, and the date of its last health validation.
  * **Utilization tracking:** we track average Gaudi utilization daily and roll it into a monthly report, so the customer knows whether they're under- or over-provisioned.
  * **Lifecycle alerts:** we flag warranty/support-contract expirations 90 days out, and hardware end-of-life 12 months out (or sooner if Intel's timeline shifts).
  * **No new capacity on Gaudi:** as noted in [[gaudi-new-orders|New Orders]], any capacity expansion request gets redirected to NVIDIA or Intel's upcoming successor chips rather than more Gaudi hardware.
