Tracking Assets and Planning Capacity

  • Asset register: every Gaudi card and node is logged with its serial number, location, firmware/driver version, lifecycle phase, and the date of its last health validation.
  • Utilization tracking: we track average Gaudi utilization daily and roll it into a monthly report, so the customer knows whether they're under- or over-provisioned.
  • Lifecycle alerts: we flag warranty/support-contract expirations 90 days out, and hardware end-of-life 12 months out (or sooner if Intel's timeline shifts).
  • No new capacity on Gaudi: as noted in New Orders, any capacity expansion request gets redirected to NVIDIA or Intel's upcoming successor chips rather than more Gaudi hardware.
